Open64 collects minimal data. Your goal grid, MTP, todos, reflections, and progress tracking content are stored locally in your browser using Chrome Storage — we never see that content. If you subscribe to email updates, we store your email address. If you use AI features, prompts are passed through our proxy but not stored. We also collect anonymous product event names with a salted device hash so we can estimate activation and retention.
All goal content lives in your browser. Uninstalling the extension deletes it. We have no access to your goals, actions, todos, reflections, or completion history content.
If you opt in to email updates, your address is stored with Resend and used only to send Open64-related updates. We do not sell or share your email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
AI features route through our proxy server. Prompts are not logged or stored. A device ID is generated locally to enforce rate limits — it is not linked to your identity.
We use privacy-respecting product analytics to understand aggregate usage: first open, onboarding completion, template selection, grid edits, action completion, todo adds/completions, AI breakdown requests, email prompt/submission, and day-1/day-7 returns. Events use a salted device hash and limited non-content properties such as template name, realm, view mode, source, day offset, or depth. We do not collect browsing history or the contents of your grid, goals, actions, todos, or reflections as analytics. Our marketing website may use Google Analytics for aggregate page usage; the Chrome extension does not include Google Analytics.
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Railway for our backend, Unsplash for background images, Google Fonts for typography, and Google Analytics on the marketing website. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
