By installing the Open64 Chrome extension or using open64.us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Open64 is a goal-setting tool based on the Harada Method. It replaces your browser new tab with a 64-action goal grid. Your data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome Storage.
Your goals, MTP, and progress data are stored locally in your browser. We do not collect or store this data on our servers. If you provide your email address for updates, we store it securely and will not sell it to third parties.
Open64 includes optional AI-powered features. These use a rate-limited proxy. By using AI features, you agree that prompts you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers. Do not submit sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
Some features require payment. All purchases are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the AI proxy, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Open64 is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any outcomes related to your use of the goal-setting content or AI features.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
